Return Policy
Before returning any product, please first obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Filters.com / Barney Corporation, Inc. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RGA. Please have all important detail of the order available when calling for an RGA.
Damaged goods must be identified upon receipt of goods so that proper claims can be made with the freight carrier. All freight / ground damage claims are to be made by the customer or receiver of the goods. Failure to immediately notify the freight carrier of the damage could result in the refusal of the claim. Please retain all bar codes and labels and original packaging to facilitate any claim that need be filed. We will assist the customer with any necessary documentation.
If an item is found defective or shipped incorrectly, Filters.com/Barney Corp. Inc. will accept the returned item at no cost to the buyer. Returns for any other reason are subject to a 25% Restock fee and shipping paid by the customer.
Certain products are special order and are not returnable. If you have a question whether or not your product is special order, please contact us before purchasing. Clearance items are not returnable.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. RGA’s will not be issued on items that are not returned within this time period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Any non-stock item must be returned to our supplier. Once we receive the approved return and credit we will process your credit via the original method of payment. Stock item returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt of return.
